  • Air Cdre (Rtd) Al Seymour first had the opportunity to fly when he was just 7 years old and realised his ambition serving in the Royal Air Force for 32 years across a wide range of assignments serving on Exchanges with the US, and Australia. The breadth of assignments, across, Training, Operations, Intelligence, Flight Test as well as Capability Planning and Delivery make him uniquely qualified. A Qualified Weapons Instructor, Qualified Flight Instructor and mentor to many whilst Serving, he has embraced private business and adapted to an environment that embraces innovation and entrepreneurship.

  • A Royal Air Force veteran, Wes has completed 21 years of service as a pilot. Serving on the Tornado GR4 as a weapons Instructor, B2 Stealth bomber as an instructor and evaluator pilot and most recently on Eurofighter Typhoon as an EASA Cat 1 experimental test pilot. Wes has accumulated over 2500hrs in multiple military and civilian fixed and rotary wing platforms whilst participating in operations and exercises across the world. Non-flying tours include the RAF Air and Space Warfare Centre developing tactics and training for the F35B and supporting UK trials activity within the USA from Nellis AFB, Nevada within the Special Projects Team. Most recently, within weapon capability strategy, procurement and as Officer Commanding High Risk Operations Cell. Wes has a wealth of experience in design, planning, executing and reporting on a broad range of test and evaluation activity across multiple military and civilian aircraft types whilst building relationships with the MAA, LAA and CAA operating under CAP1220 -‘Experimental Conditions’.  Examples include flight envelope expansion, take-off and landing performance, engine performance, aerobatic and IFR clearances, electro-optical and Infra-red airborne sensors, night vision goggles and avionic systems. Whilst holding an FAA and CAA CPL with MEP/SEP and IR, he is also a CAA qualified civilian fixed wing VLOS drone pilot.
