Flight Testing and Selection of the Sling 2 Aircraft for Project Slingshot for the Air League

• Contracted by the Air League to establish Project Slingshot – a national youth aviation aircraft build project.

• Completed formal assessments of 7 types of kit aircraft and had recommendation of the Sling 2 accepted after flight testing.

• Continued to project manage the acquisition of the kit and all associated components maintaining budget approval to with 2% of control total.

• Designed Instrument Panel and Avionics Installation, establishing a competitive tender process for 5 companies to bid for the manufacture of the complex panel.
